Sarah Donoghue
About Me
I am a Senior Speech Pathologist with more than 20 years of experience working
across paediatric disability, autism, early intervention, and complex-needs
settings both in Australia and overseas. I hold a postgraduate certificate in
Sensory Integration and am certified to administer the ADOS (Autism Diagnostic
Observation Schedule), allowing me to bring specialist diagnostic insight to my
clinical practice.
My Approach
I believe in creating a supportive, respectful, and warm environment where children feel understood and families feel guided. My work is grounded in clarity, collaboration, and a commitment to helping each child communicate, connect, and thrive in meaningful ways.

I have extensive experience supporting children with autism, developmental delays, communication challenges, sensory differences, and complex presentations. I am passionate about delivering evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming support that empowers children and their families.
