Dear Future SigmaRehab Clinician,
Starting your career is one of the most exciting chapters of your professional journey — and at SigmaRehab, we want to make sure it’s also one of the most supported.
We know that stepping out of university and into practice can feel daunting at times. That’s why we’ve designed a 12-month Graduate Program just for new Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists. Our goal is to help you build confidence, refine your skills, and grow into a capable, well-rounded clinician — while keeping your passion for the profession strong.
At SigmaRehab, you won’t be learning in isolation. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists and support workers. This means you’ll experience how collaboration shapes the best outcomes for clients, and you’ll develop the skills to thrive in a diverse and rewarding career.
Your caseload will span across all ages and abilities — from young children taking their first steps in development, to adults building independence, and older people maintaining quality of life. Along the way, you’ll be supported by experienced clinicians who genuinely care about your growth. With structured supervision, ongoing mentoring, and opportunities to shadow, reflect, and learn, you’ll always have someone in your corner.
