Sigma Rehab is inviting final-year students and new graduates to apply for our Graduate Program. This program is designed to support your transition from university into practice, providing structured supervision, mentoring, and hands-on opportunities within our multidisciplinary team.
About Us
Sigma Rehab is a growing allied health practice based in Melbourne’s South-East, with an expanding footprint across Victoria and through telehealth nationally. Our team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, and allied health assistants bring decades of collective expertise, working collaboratively to deliver tailored, person-centred solutions.

At Sigma Rehab, our mission is to empower individuals of all ages to live with confidence, independence, and dignity. We do this by delivering accessible, ethical, and person-centred therapy — Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, and Support Work. About the Opportunity

Professional Development
An intensive 12-week onboarding program including workshops, shadowing, and personal growth sessions. Ongoing training tailored to your interests and goals.

Mentoring & Supervision
Weekly one-to-one supervision at the beginning, group supervision, mentoring from senior clinicians, and access to a buddy system.

Diverse Practice Areas
Exposure to NDIS, Aged Care, Medicare, and community health, with opportunities to work across clinic, home, and school environments.

What We Are Looking For?
We welcome applications from graduates who are:

- Strong communicators, able to engage with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Registered or eligible for registration with AHPRA/SPA/OTA/ESSA upon graduation.
